Pursuant to Section 99238 of the Transportation Development Act, the SSTAC serves as an advisory committee to the Lassen County Transportation Commission on matters pertaining to transit needs in Lassen County. The SSTAC participates annually in the unmet transit needs process in order to identify transit related issues, identify unmet transit needs and recommend a course of action.
